Suggestions or questions regarding administrative, financial or workplace matters within WAAI are surfaced through variable means including direct conversation, voice message or email. Western encourages all staff members to help collectively improve organizational performance.  An online Reporting System has also been established and use is detailed below.

The Integra Report Hotline (855-858-3344) and online reporting (www.integrareport.com) can be used by all employees who wish to anonymously or confidentially report suspected violations of company’s standards of conduct, HIPAA concerns, or laws or regulations.  The types of issues that may be reported through the hotline include suspected fraud, theft, embezzlement, insider trading, accounting or auditing irregularities, bribery, kickbacks, misuse of company assets, suspected regulatory or compliance violations or other ethics-related issues.
